Q2. What is the order procedure?

A2. Firstly, we will confirm all the goods details like the OEM number, packing, quantity, quality, delivery date by email/ wechat / whatsapp / skype, then we will send the performa invoice to you. When we receive your 30% deposit, we will start to produce the goods, after goods are finished,we will send the goods picture to you or you could come to inspection,after receive your balance,we will send the goods to you.

Q3. What is your terms of packing?

A3. Generally, we pack our goods in plastic bag and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q4. How about your delivery date?

A4. Generally, it will take 30-60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery date depends on the items and quantity of your order.

Q5. What is your terms of delivery?

A5. EXW, FOB, CIF etc..

Q6. What is your sample policy?

A6. We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay for sample cost and the courier cost.

Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?

A7. Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.

Q8. What is our product warranty?

A8. Generally, our product warranty is 12 months. All of our products are after-sales protection, and related product quality problems can contact us.

Q9. If we don’t find what we need on your website, what should we do? Do you develop new steering rack?

A9. You can send us the OE number of the product you needed, we will check if we have them. We also develop new models according to customer’s need, you can contact us for more details.
